Returns & Damages

All Sales Final

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and carefully curated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@serpentshimmer.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number and purchase platform

  • Clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Keep all packaging until we resolve the claim. We may require carrier inspection or return of the item.

We’ll review and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement (if available), shop credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by Serpent Shimmer are final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Shimmer Specials (sale items)

  • Mystery Boxes

  • Custom Bundles

  • Gift Cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, responsibility passes to the buyer. If lost or stolen, please contact the carrier; we will help with claim information if needed.

International Users

If you’re outside the U.S., you’re responsible for any customs duties/taxes and for knowing your import rules. We may transfer and store your data in the United States or other countries.
