Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@serpentshimmer.com with:
Order number and platform (Shopify, Whatnot, Palmstreet, etc.)
Clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, and item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Keep all packaging until we resolve the claim. We may require a carrier inspection or a return of the item.
Resolution (case-by-case, at our discretion): replacement (if available), shop credit, or refund to the original payment method. We’ll provide any return/claim instructions if needed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Crystals may have natural inclusions, veils, micro-fissures, minor pits, polish lines, color zoning, and screen/lighting color variation. I do make extra effort to disclose any know natural areas and never use filters on my photos and videos. These are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
All purchases are final sale.
No switches/holds/cancellations after checkout.
Non-returnable categories include (not limited to): Shimmer Specials (sale items), Mystery Boxes, Custom Bundles, Gift Cards.
We do not offer exchanges. In rare situations and at our discretion, we may authorize a return for shop credit. If approved, items must be in original condition and packaging; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
Once an order is marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. For stolen/misdelivered packages, please contact the carrier and local post office first; we’re happy to assist with documentation for a claim.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties/taxes and for understanding local import rules. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue.
