Terms of Service — Serpent Shimmer

This website is operated by Serpent Shimmer™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other posted policies (Privacy Policy, Returns & Damages Policy). If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the platform we use to sell products.

1. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be the age of majority where you live to use this site or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • You may not use our products or site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Don’t transmit malware, attempt to hack, or interfere with the site’s security.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • We try to display products accurately but colors, size, and natural crystal features can vary.

  • Prices can change at any time without notice.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or reseller orders).

3. Sales Are Final

  • All purchases are final sale. Please review photos and descriptions carefully.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@serpentshimmer.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the box/packing/item. We’ll work with you on a resolution (replacement if available, shop credit, or refund at our discretion).

  • Once a package is marked Delivered, ownership transfers to you.

4. Payments & Billing

  • You agree to provide current, accurate payment and contact info.

  • We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

  • Shopify and our payment processors encrypt payment data, but you’re responsible for safeguarding your own account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All site content (photos, text, logos) belongs to Serpent Shimmer™ and can’t be copied or used without permission.

  • If you post reviews or other user content, you grant us a right to display and use it.

6. Third-Party Services

We sometimes link to third-party websites or tools (shipping providers, payment processors, social media). We aren’t responsible for their content, security, or policies — review those separately.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Serpent Shimmer™ isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) related to your use of the site or our products.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States
