Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours (3 business days) of purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Large drops, sales events, or custom packaging requests may add 1–2 extra days. Dangerous weather conditions may also delay shipping, as these packages ship from North Texas.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Expedited options (if available) are shown at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email to the address used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Responsibility
After a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, ownership passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for theft or misdelivery once shown as delivered. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier first: we’ll gladly provide any details they need to file a claim.

International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue contents.

  • Transit times vary depending on your location and customs.

Preorders / Special Releases
If an item is a preorder, its estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. Your entire order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes & Address Updates
Please double-check your address before checkout. If you need a change, email hello@serpentshimmer.com within 12 hours of ordering — address changes after shipping aren’t possible.
